Dispatch Policy
We send our orders within 3-5 days time, however it can change on a daily basis depending on how much work we have, since all the purses are handmade therefore it can take a couple of days more. When you place an order with us, we send the order confirmation email and date of dispatch time as well for your order.

Delivery time
All orders are sent by DHL or FedEx. Transit time will vary depending on which country you are located in, but an average time to be allowed is 3 - 5 days.

Return & Exchange
Returns are only accepted within 7-days of item received if the goods are not found as advertised, in their original packaging and in un-used condition. Postage and Packaging charges are not refundable in any circumstances and the cost of return must be paid by the buyer. Please contact us before returning the items in any case

We take utmost care in sending items to our buyers, following strict quality assurance guidelines so it’s highly unlikely that a faulty item is sent. However in that unlike event of error on our part (such as sending faulty item), we would exchange it with no extra cost.

Exchanging an Item
If you are exchanging the item, your replacement item will be sent out as soon as the initial item is returned. You are responsible for the freight charges of all items coming back to us and sending for exchange.
